Accessibility
Last updated 24 October 2026.
We want everyone to be able to use this website and KiteClock's apps, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or high-contrast settings.
What we aim for
- WCAG 2.2 level AA: text contrast, labelled forms, headings in order, and everything usable with a keyboard.
- Pages that work at phone width and when zoomed, without scrolling sideways.
- Motion reduced when your device asks for it.
- The staff app usable with one hand on a phone.
How we check
Each page of this website is tested before it's published with automated accessibility checks (Lighthouse), at phone and desktop widths, and the build fails on missing image descriptions and broken links.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, please tell us through the contact form, with the page and what happened, and we'll fix it.
