Everything is included
The free plan isn't a cut-down version. It's KiteClock, for up to 10 people.
How the 10 people are counted
Everyone you add counts: staff, managers and admins, including anyone who has left. It keeps the free plan fair for genuinely small teams, rather than businesses that swap people in and out.
You can see your count on the Staff page in KiteClock, so the limit never comes as a surprise.

Nine people work there, but 15 have been added, so it's time for a paid plan. Nothing set up is lost.
When your team grows
Paid plans start at £24 a month, billed yearly, for the first 30 people, with a small price for each person after that. Teams of more than 10 can try any plan free for 14 days first. See the plans.
Questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Teams of up to 10 people use every KiteClock feature free. It isn't a trial, so there's no trial end date to watch for, and no card to enter.
Who counts towards the 10 people?
Everyone you add to KiteClock: staff, managers and admins, including people who have since left or never accepted their invite. People who leave still count, so swapping people in and out doesn't keep a growing business on the free plan.
What happens when we add an 11th person?
KiteClock tells you that you've reached the limit; nothing you've set up changes. Contact us to move to a paid plan and carry on adding people.
Are any features held back on the free plan?
No. The free plan has every feature, from NFC tags and patrols to payroll files.
