Clock-in for construction sites

Crews clock in at the site on their phone, inside the site's fence or by scanning the QR code at the cabin. Hours are recorded by site, ready for payroll and job costing.

Free for up to 10 people, with every feature. Not a trial.

How it works

  1. Fence each site

Draw the site boundary, or a circle around it, and allow the QR code or a tag at the cabin.

  2. Crews clock in

Inside the fence on their phone. Drivers log Leaving site and Back at site for trips.

  3. Hours by site

Timesheets and shift reports show each person's hours at each site.

Sites that move

Add a site with an address search, draw its boundary and it's ready. When a job finishes, archive the site and the hours stay on record.

For a site with a cabin or welfare unit, a QR code on a screen or a printed poster works with GPS inside the fence, so a photo of the code is useless anywhere else.

  • Any shape of site
  • QR or NFC at the cabin
  • Hours kept when a site closes

Drivers and trips off site

Drivers can tap Leaving site and Back at site; each tap takes one location reading and the live board shows "Out since". Time on runs is paid, and a clock-out while still out is flagged.

Location is only read at each tap, never in the background.

  • Runs for drivers
  • Out since on the live board
  • No background tracking

Good to know

Overtime

Daily and weekly overtime rules with multipliers, applied automatically.

Long days

Shifts left open past your limit are closed and flagged, so a forgotten clock-out doesn't become a 20-hour day.

Payroll

Hours by pay rate in BrightPay, Sage 50 or Xero UK files.

Questions

Can workers clock in only when they're on site?

Yes. Require GPS inside the site's fence in their clock-in policy, optionally with the site's QR code or NFC tag.

What about drivers moving between sites?

Use the recorded location mode, and runs: Leaving site and Back at site, each with one location reading.

Can I see hours per site?

Yes. Every shift records its site; shift reports and timesheets show hours by site.

Does it work out overtime?

Yes. Pay rules for daily and weekly overtime and multipliers apply automatically.
