Clock-in for facilities and multi-site teams

When your people are spread across dozens of buildings, KiteClock shows who's on site now, flags anyone not in yet, and turns every clock-in into hours ready for payroll.

Free for up to 10 people, with every feature. Not a trial.

The KiteClock live board across several sites.

How it works

  1. Every site set up

A fence for each building, and NFC tags or a QR code where you need proof.

  2. Who's where, now

The live board shows each person's status and site, with late and not-in-yet badges.

  3. Hours by site and person

Timesheets and reports by site, exported to payroll.

One board for every building

Filter the live board by site, search by name and see who's in, on a break or out. Attendance badges show who's late or not in yet against their work pattern or rota.

Turn on not-in-yet alerts and the site's managers get one message per shift.

  • Filter by site
  • Late and not-in-yet badges
  • Alerts to site managers

The right check for each site

Clock-in policies let a site office use GPS, a secure site require an NFC tag, and a shared depot use a kiosk. Every clock-in records how it was made.

  • Policies per team
  • Method on every clock-in
  • Tags and QR per site

Questions

Can I see who's on site across all my buildings?

Yes. The live board shows everyone's status and site, with a map and a filter by site.

Can different sites use different clock-in methods?

Yes. Clock-in policies decide which methods each person or team uses: GPS, NFC tag, QR code or kiosk.

Can managers be told when someone hasn't arrived?

Yes. Not-in-yet alerts go to the site's managers once per shift, 15 minutes after the start plus grace.
