How it works
Pair the two
Connect your KiteClock business to your KitePay employer once.
Close the period
Approve timesheets and close the pay period in KiteClock as usual.
Hours on payslips
Hours, absences and holiday balances arrive in KitePay for the matching pay period.
What the link will send
Approved hours by pay type, approved absences (so sickness and statutory leave can be paid properly), and each person's holiday balance for their payslip.
Sending again replaces what was sent before for that period, and a payslip that's already finalised refuses the change with a reason, rather than changing quietly.
