Is there a free plan?

Yes. Teams of up to 10 people get every feature free. It's not a trial and there's no card to enter. Larger teams start with a 14-day free trial of everything.

Who counts towards the 10 people?

Everyone you add to KiteClock, including managers and people who have since left. So if 10 people join, 6 leave and 5 more join, that's 15 people and time for a paid plan. It keeps the free plan fair for genuinely small teams.

What happens when we add an 11th person?

KiteClock tells you that you've reached the free plan's limit, and nothing you've set up changes. Contact us to move to a paid plan, and you can carry on adding people.

How does the price per person work?

Each paid plan has a fixed monthly price that covers up to 30 people. After that, each extra person adds a small amount a month, shown under each plan.

What's the difference between yearly and monthly?

Paying for a year costs about 18% less than paying month by month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down as your team changes; tell us and we'll switch your account.
